struct fl::RgbwLoadBinder< T, typename >

Per-type RGBW/RGBWW thunks.

Off AVR, every PixelController (anything with kColorOrder) binds none: RawPremixBinder supplies the raw pixel and the type-erased, link-on-use conversion does the rest, applying the source order and this iterator's order (#4795). Colour-managed sources (no kColorOrder) keep the fully ordered thunks. On AVR, PixelController<RGB> gets the order-free pair and other orders keep the ordered thunks, as before.
